Wedding sparklers are a great way to illuminate any wedding exit with flash and pizzazz. While our sparklers are fun and festive, it’s important to use them responsibility. Your health and safety is our highest priority and we always recommend following state fireworks rules and regulations in Oregon.
AGE OF PURCHASE: 16 years of age
LEGAL: Fountains, flitter sparklers and ground spinners – those produce only smoke, sparks or fire and which do not explode, eject balls of fire, fly into the air more than 12 inches or travel more than six feet on the ground. Consumer fireworks including bottle rockets, Roman candles, firecrackers and certain aerial fireworks are legal with a permit.
ILLEGAL: Cherry bombs, Monday through 80’s and larger and any illegal firework that’s been modified are prohibited.
SELLING PERIOD: June 23 through July 6.
PENALTY: The possession of Illegal fireworks in Oregon is a Class B misdemeanor with a maximum penalty of $2,500 and/or six months in jail.

I ordered these sparkers for my wedding and the long ones burn longer than 4 minutes !! It also came with a free smaller pack of sparkers, but I didn’t see how long those burned! These are perfect for my wedding exit and can be used during retakes with the same light
